Cowboy Butter Recipe Ingredients: • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • 1 teaspoon salt • 2 tablespoons BBQ rub (store-bought or homemade) Instructions: Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Stir in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and BBQ rub. Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Pour the Cowboy Butter into a serving dish. Serve warm as a dipping sauce for steak, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables.
That's neither Mexican or Spanish rice. BTW, if you meant Mexican rice, don't refer to it as Spanish. Spanish rice is from Spain and prepared very differently.

It’s the over cook beyond 321 method. Internal temp can be much more important than 4.5 hrs wet spritzing and wasted time. The Rib gods are laughing at this challenge 😮

Brother please don't cook em to 170, fda says 165 but if you pull around 155 resting them will take it up to 165 juicier wing but they look banging, that marinade goes crazy
Dark meat (wings included ) can go up to 170-175 to allow fat to render 👍
